thrive as a caregiver.
Yes, you can grow and thrive during your caregivers’ journey, let me help you do it.
You put
others first
If “caregiver” is just one of many names you are known by, then you know how easy it is to pour yourself out for everyone else first. And you also know, all too well, what it feels like to end another day and realize you’ve neglected yourself, again.
You no longer seem to have control of your life. You feel like there will never be time for what you want and wonder how would that even be possible.
I want you to know, while you may not be able to have everything you want, I promise, you can have more than you think possible.
Let me help you learn how to fill your cup, daily, with less stress, drama, and guilt.
Hello
I’m Teresa Dabney
Wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend, women’s ministry leader, entrepreneur, coach, and yes …. I am a caregiver.
We all wear many hats and go by many names throughout our day and life. When we add “caregiver to that list we begin a new chapter, one that we often dive into for any of a number of reasons, only to find ourselves in a place we never imagined, overwhelmed, and wondering if we will be able to “this.”
Caregiving is a journey that takes affects us emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
It’s a journey that when taken without preparation, planning, tools, and/or support can end leaving the caregiver guilt-ridden, over-burdened, burnt-out; and in the worse cases in need of caregiving themselves.
Being from a family of caregivers, I’ve witnessed both the worse-case scenario as well as the best.
As a caregiver. I draw from and share these experiences, what I’ve learned and continue to learn.
As a coach. I provide 1:1 coaching that focuses solely on each caregiver. I teach caregivers four pillars of caregiving they need during their caregivers’ journey. And, I help caregivers grow and thrive during their journey so that they are positioned, whole, and ready when it’s time to start their next chapter.

“Teresa helped me see how neglecting my needs didn’t make me a better caregiver. ”
